Oh, Cliff!
Cliff Floyd’s out of the lineup suddenly tonight with more Achilles soreness.
If Cliff misses the post-season, I will be broken hearted. He’s been with the team through some lean times. If anyone deserves to play–and hopefully shine–this post-season, it’s my beloved Cliffy.
Three years ago, the last time Cliff had an Achilles problem (in his other heel), he played through it, putting off surgery until after the season. Just goes to show you that age is a b*tch.
On another note, at the risk of jinxing this series, remember when I was nervous about Atlanta? Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
Oh, Cliff. Please get better and mend this girl’s broken heart!
(But yay that Carlos Beltran seems to be okay!)

I hope he gets better. You can see how he wants to be there for the team.
Did you hear about his sister death? So sad also. This happened at the end of August. She was battling breast and brain cancer @ 21.
Praying for strenght for him and his family.
